Joining the ML team as a (Senior) Machine Learning Engineer will allow you to be a vital member of our six-person team and help progress conversational AI. You will work closely with our talented engineers and product executives to design, build, and enhance the state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms that support our platform. This is a unique opportunity to turn your passion for machine learning into high-quality products that offer customers real value. By providing innovative conversational AI products, you will be able to reach millions of consumers globally.
It is important to note that we just obtained a grant of 11.7 million PLN to improve generative open-source models on our data and substitute our own LLMs for external ones.
You will do the following as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer:
. Join a small team whose objective is to develop tools based on text data to assist in the automated analysis of our clients' issues.
. Oversee and direct the whole machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model deployment, data pipeline problems, experimentation, and turning research into dependable production-level solutions.
. Create, develop, and enhance machine learning models, especially in natural language processing, to enhance our chatbot's language comprehension and conversational skills.
. Stay current with the most recent findings and methods in NLP and deep learning.
. Improve the infrastructure for production systems that use machine learning.
. After monitoring and assessing the model's performance in actual environments, make any necessary modifications.
. Work together with technical teams and product managers to find and use machine learning (ML) solutions for product features.
